Wolf Pack Fitness was founded by best mates Simon Jaeger and Joel Hamill. Or as the Pack likes to say- “Two bees in a bottle, with more energy than they know what to do with.”

  • Joel

    – Cert III & IV Fitness

    – Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach

    – Bachelor of Physical & Health Education

    In 2010 Joel graduated from ACPE in with a Bachelor Degree in Physical and Health Education (BEPHE). With a lifelong passion in fitness and health Joel continued his development in the health sector, by completing his Certificates III & IV in Fitness, enabling him to instruct and encourage others to live a healthy lifestyle.

    On top of this Joel has been actively involved in coaching and fitness training for junior rugby league teams in the Sutherland Shire, and he is currently the head of strength and conditioning for all junior boxers at PCYC Sutherland.

    As one of the two head trainers at Wolf Pack Fitness, Joel creates programs that are fresh and innovative. Combining this with over 6 years of knowledge, working with people from all walks of life, Joel knows what it takes to get the most out of them.

     

  • Simon

    – Bachelor of Communications & Media Studies (Advertising & Marketing) &(Journalism)

    Coming from a very sports orientated family, Simon has a history of athletic training at an elite level. Playing soccer since the age of 4, Simon saw much of Australia and overseas, learning his trade in places such as Brazil, Argentina and England.

    Simon’s passion for sport, fitness and health extends far beyond just soccer though. Growing up Simon engaged in all sports; soccer, surf life saving, basketball, rugby league, baseball, cross country, athletics, AFL etc.

    It was this initial love of sport, exercise and health that lead Simon to become qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach and since obtaining his fitness qualifications through Tafe NSW and the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association there’s been no looking back!

    Simon is also an ambassador for good mental health, and places great value on the mental health benefits derived from physical activity!

    Simon’s sessions are energetic and fun! As one of the two head trainers at Wolf Pack Fitness, Simon not only offers a great knowledge of Physical Fitness and Health, but he also has the tools and a wealth of life experience, to help people get the most out of life, every way they can!
