Based in the Sutherland Shire, Wolf Pack Fitness is one of Sydney’s fastest growing Outdoor Fitness Organisations, providing high quality, comprehensive and leading edge outdoor fitness & health services for people of all ages, shapes and abilities.

Wolf Pack’s fitness training endeavors to create winning strategies for client success in leading a physically active and healthy lifestyle, and to teach our clients to #RUNWITHTHEPACK; the philosophy of incorporating good health and wellbeing into your everyday life, and truely living the best life you can with the force of an entire Pack behind you!

We offer both group and personal training options and strive towards personal satisfaction and positive changes in our client’s lives.

At Wolf Pack Fitness, EVERYTHING we do, we do with the belief that it contributes to making people FEEL GOOD.

FEEL GOOD EVERYDAY: Everyday we want people BUZZING from their daily dose of endorphins (Endorphins = The FEEL GOOD chemicals released everytime you exercise!)

FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF: We want people feeling fit, healthy, strong and confident about the way they look!

FEEL GOOD WITH OTHERS: Create an envirnoment that allows people to not only work hard, but also have fun and socialise with other great people!

Wolf Pack provides numerous health & fitness programs that cater for a wide range of clientele. Our programs are unique, innovative and effective. These programs are designed to incorporate all of the health & fitness components, and to produce maximum results and provide maximum enjoyment along the way!

Group Fitness Packages:

– 8 Week Group Fitness Package (access to unlimited sessions per week): $50 p/w

– 12 Week Group Fitness Package (access to unlimited sessions per week): $40 p/w

– 52 Week Group Fitness Package (access to unlimited sessions per week): $32.50 p/w

– Multi Visit Packs: $15 per session

Personal Training Packages:

– One on One: 1/2 hour = $50 per session. 45min = $70 per session. 1 hour = $80 per session

– Partner Training: From  $50 per person/per session (1 hour session)

– Small Group Training: From $40 per person/per session (1 hour session)

 

 

Other Program Prices:

All other Training packages are tailored specifically to cater for your company, school or sporting teams’ needs. Please contact us with your program requirements and we can provide you with a quote.
